Spicy Radish Slaw
A crunchy and spicy topping for your favorite taco.
- 1 cup sliced radishes
- 10-12 mint leaves thinly sliced
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
- 1 Sugar Rush hot pepper or chili of choice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Thinly slice the radishes and place in a bowl of ice water for 30 minutes. This will help to mellow the radishes.
Drain the radishes and add the remaining ingredients. Toss to combine. Use as a topping on your favorite taco.
