Menopause Support Groups
You do not have to navigate this season of life alone.
My Menopause Support Groups are designed for women in perimenopause and menopause who want practical guidance, meaningful conversation, and the support of a community that understands what this transition can feel like.
Whether you prefer meeting face-to-face or joining from home, these groups offer a warm, supportive space to learn, connect, and feel less alone.

Why Group Support Matters
So many women are trying to navigate this transition on their own.
They may be reading articles, piecing together advice, and wondering why they still feel off. What is often missing is a space to step back, understand the bigger picture, and be in conversation with other women going through similar changes.
Group support can be powerful because it offers both information and connection. It reminds you that what you are experiencing is real, that you are not alone, and that support can feel both practical and personal.
About Carrie
Menopause Coach & Board-Certified in Holistic Nutrition
As a woman experiencing the menopausal transition myself, and as someone who has supported many clients through a wide variety of symptoms, I have seen how often menopause is approached too narrowly.
Many women are given recommendations for sleep, weight, digestion, mood, or energy without the larger transition of menopause being fully considered. That is one of the reasons I deepened my training, became a certified menopause coach, and created these groups — to offer women a more connected, realistic, and supportive approach.
My goal is to help women feel informed, understood, and better equipped to care for themselves in this season of life.
