Meet Carrie

feel supported through Health Challenges

My goal is to offer a space where you feel informed, cared for, and empowered to move through this season with more clarity, ease, and trust in yourself.

I can help you reconnect to your body, make sense of what is changing, and create realistic habits that support your health.

Why I Do This Work

As a woman experiencing the menopausal transition myself, and as someone who has supported many clients through a wide variety of symptoms, I have seen firsthand how easy it is for menopause to be overlooked in wellness and health care conversations.

Too often, practitioners focus too narrowly on individual symptoms without addressing the larger hormonal and whole-body transition that is happening. A woman may be given recommendations for sleep, weight, digestion, mood, or energy, but the overarching role of perimenopause or menopause is not fully considered in the treatment plan.

That gap matters.

It is one of the reasons I chose to deepen my work in this area, become a certified menopause coach, and complete advanced training through Harvard Medical School Executive Education. Harvard’s Women’s Health and Wellness program is designed to provide evidence-based insights into women’s health and specifically includes menopausal health among its focus areas.

My goal is to help women feel seen in the full picture of what they are experiencing — not just treated as a collection of disconnected symptoms.

My Approach

My approach is holistic, practical, and individualized.

I do not believe in rigid plans, perfection, or one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I work with women to understand the broader changes happening during perimenopause and menopause and to build realistic nutrition and lifestyle strategies that support the body as a whole.

Together, we may focus on:

  • nourishment that supports hormonal changes

  • sleep support

  • blood sugar balance

  • weight changes in midlife

  • digestion

  • mood and stress

  • empowering movement

  • building sustainable daily habits

I believe nutrition support should feel grounding, not overwhelming. My work is rooted in helping women understand what their bodies need now and how to care for themselves in a way that feels doable, nourishing, and sustainable.

Why Community Matters

One of the things I have seen again and again is that women do not just need information — they also need connection.

Many women in midlife feel confused, dismissed, or isolated in what they are experiencing. That is why I offer a menopause support group in addition to one-on-one coaching. I wanted to create a space where women can learn, share, feel understood, and receive practical support alongside others navigating similar changes.

There is real power in being in a room — virtual or in person — where you do not have to explain why you feel different. You are simply understood.

What I Want Women to Know

You are not imagining what you are feeling.

You are not failing because your body is changing.

And you do not need to piece this together alone.

With the right support, this season of life can become an opportunity to understand your body more deeply, care for yourself more intentionally, and move forward with greater confidence.
