But what I know to be both personally and professionally true, is that sometimes we lose sensitivity to our bodies and can no longer accurately evaluate how we are really feeling.
For me, it took a formal diagnosis of Hashimoto’s Disease (a thyroid condition) to finally admit that I was exhausted. Once, I started getting the proper treatment and changing my diet to support my condition, I regained my vitality and renewed my standards for what feeling good meant to me.
Using a customized approach of science-backed holistic health therapies; targeted natural supplements; and physician-assisted laboratory testing; I have been successful in helping my clients restore their health, find wellness, and change their definition of what it means to feel healthy.
I consider your individual needs and biology to find solutions that are sustainable and practical. I enjoy working with other healthcare practitioners and am happy to consult with your doctor about any of my recommendations.
As both a board certified nutrition consultant and culinary instructor, I know the root of wellness is healthy eating. So as part of my services I share my knowledge of whole food selection, meal planning, and healthy recipes.
